2024 CITY ELECTION ENDORSEMENTS
Westlake needs experienced, independent, professional, and ethical leaders to serve on our Council and guide our town and school staff. We are proud to endorse these candidates.
KIM GREAVES FOR MAYOR
Kim Greaves has lived in Westlake for more than 13 years. Kim and his wife Quin have two boys, Maguire (18) and Jack (16). Kim has served one term on the Westlake Town Council. Kim spent 35 years in financial services with JPMorgan Chase, Citi Bank, Nationstar Mortgage, and, most recently, Citizens Financial Group. He managed thousands of employees and was responsible for billions in mortgage servicing portfolios and annual mortgage originations. Kim is a solid, responsible, and competent leader. Greaves started the Westlake Academy Booster Club to support our children and coaches and was a volunteer coach for the track team. He will make an excellent Mayor and is well-prepared to handle the challenges facing the community and the school.

TAMMY REEVES FOR CITY COUNCIL
Tammy is a research consultant and serves on the Westlake Planning and Zoning Commission. She is well-versed in the complexities of land use and evaluating projects to determine how they may impact the quality of life for residents. As a Westlake Academy parent and House of Commons board member, she understands the need to balance new residential developments and their impact on Westlake Academy. She plans to create a detailed development plan for the Academy to properly plan for building expansion and growth.
MIKE ASSELTA FOR CITY COUNCIL
SPECIAL ELECTION
Mike is a former President and Chief Operating Officer who was accountable for 75,000 employees. His corporate leadership and financial management experience would be an incredible asset to the council. He recognizes that construction permit fees largely fund the city and school budget, but those fees will soon run out. He prioritizes growing the sales tax base in order to keep Westlake amenities high without raising property taxes. His priority is to preserve Westlake’s pasture core while capitalizing on commercial opportunities that keep Westlake’s quality of life exceptional.

Westlake Excellence PAC is dedicated to protecting the quality of life in Westlake, one of America’s most unique and special cities. We advocate transparency, fiscal responsibility, education support, and ensuring that Westlake citizens have access to first-class amenities.
Our mission is to support candidates who will best serve Westlake with honor and dignity. We have researched the candidates for the Mayor and City Council positions and have offered our recommendations. We encourage voters to do their own research and make the best decision for Westlake families.
